Dynamic Torsional Stiffness of Reducers and Its Testing Method

چکیده

The torsional stiffness of the reducer is commonly assumed to be static and tested using hysteresis curve method. However, practical engineering experience shows that dynamic rather than static, method cannot accurately represent reducer’s during actual operation. To address these issues, this study conducts theoretical research on characteristics stiffness, introduces a new concept called provides its analytical formula. A testing based transmission error proposed, feasibility consistency with are theoretically demonstrated. This allows information obtained under all operating conditions. Through experimental research, limitations explained, along effectiveness method, verified. Consequently, conditions obtained. In conclusion, valuable for both applications, as it offers more accurate representation in real-world scenarios.
